An easy to use customer portal is available for you to manage your subscriptions and recieve updates.
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month after services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Scoopie's will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received you will be removed from the service schedule.

Yes! Scoopie’s provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
